Film City project was announced on 27th Sep 2020 by UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, since then there is lot of development to make this happen. The vendor selection, DPR preparation was done in very short span of time. On 15th Dec 2020, A multinational company CBRE was selected as a consultant to design and develop DPR (Detailed Project Report) for film city. A MOU was signed on 8th Jan 2021. On 22nd Feb 2021 CBRE submitted 2000 pages DPR with UP Government. As per YEIDA the process of floating a global tender for Film City for selection of developer is in progress.

Residential Development by YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) is underway on approx 3500 acres of residential land on Yamuna Expressway, where 3500 acres of residential plots development is underway in Sector 18 & 20 near Yamuna Expressway. There are residential plots of sizes of 300 sqm, 500 sqm, 1000 sqm, 2000 sqm and 4000 sqm in Sector 18 & 20.  We (SQUARE METERS Realtors Pvt.
